The Holy Monastery of Olympiotissa is considered as one of the greatest monasteries of Thessaly. The church is in the reduced cross-domed with ambulatory type.

The frescoes are contemporary to the church, meaning of 14th century. Among them we can distinguish the portrait of the emperor Andronikos.

Nowadays it is used as a monastery.
