Neoclassical building, the work of an Italian architect. It has two main floors and in ground-plan it is shaped with an interior courtyard. Preserved are ceiling decorations of excellent quality.

It was built at the end of the last century, originally as the private dwelling of the Ephesios family. Today it houses the French Institute.
