View of the marble bull
Marble, larger than life statue of a bull (length: 3.28 m., preserved height: 1.30 m.) belonging to a funerary monument of the 4th century B.C. The animal is represented standing, with the head bent, in an attacking position. The lower part of the legs, below the knees, and the horns are missing.

The statue was raised from the sea in the harbour of Oreoi, in 1965.
