Purchased after 1890 by the Greek Community and served as a school since 1893. It is directly linked to the development of the education of the city's Greek Community. It has housed a Boys' School, a Girls' School and the Domestic Sciences School. It currently belongs to the Municipality of Thessaloniki and houses either school activities or the lifelong learning centre.
