Built by Hazif Bey according to designs by architect Xenophon Peonidis. It housed the Constantinides Trade School (1910-1935) and the Aghios Stylianos Creche (1936-1941). During the german occupation, it was requisitioned by the Germans. Since 1961, it has housed the School for the Blind.
