An interbellum building designed for Ioannis Longos by Panayiotis Stais. Its facade is dominated by curves and uses traditional materials (brick, wood). The overhangs of the central sections, with a tower-like character, are of interest, while the curved corner bay window is impressive. Legend had it that it was a ?haunted? house, and it had remained empty for years. Today it has been successfully restored and it is a landmark of the city center.
