A three-storey villa designed by Pierro Arrigoni.
An example of a country house with Viennese,
Art Nouveau influences, Neo-Gothic
and Neo-Arab elements. The first owners of
the plot are alleged to have been Yusuf and Ahmet
Kapanji. During the German Occupation, it
housed the Gestapo, while NATO services operated
in the building from 1954 to 1973. It served
as the headquarters of the Thessaloniki Cultural
Capital of Europe 1997 Organisation and later
the Organisation of Planning and
Environmental Protection of Thessaloniki was house here. Today it belongs to the businessman Ivan Savvidis.
