It is the richest in finds Mycenaean cemetery with chamber tombs on the island. Four tombs have been excavated so far (A, B, C and D) and a great number of burials and artifacts have come to light. A characteristic in the architecture of these particular tombs is the absence of ?dromoi? (passages) which is probably due to the steep inclination of the ground in the particular area.
