Archaeological site of Aigai: Theater and park of the Tombs Cemetery and the Royal Burial Cluster of Temenides: Wednesday-Monday: 08: 00-20: 00, Tuesday: 12: 00-20: 00.

On Easter Sunday and the 1st of May both the site and the museum will remain closed, while on Good Friday they will be open from 12:00 to 17:00 and on Holy Saturday from 8:30 to 15:30.

  Access
The modern day community of Vergina (Verghina) is located 8 km southeast of Veria. There is regular transport between Vergina and Veria. Veria is connected to Thessaloniki by road and rail with frequent and regular services (KTEL and OSE). There is also a direct connection of Veria with Athens.
